How to Reset Your Store Database

Resetting the database will clear all your data and restore your store to its default state. Make sure to use this option only if you want to start fresh.

Resetting Database

  1. Login to your Zepio admin panel.

  2. From the left side menu, go to Settings > Reset Database.

  3. You will see a warning that resetting the database will delete all your products, categories, orders, settings, and customer data, and restore your store to default demo data.

  4. An OTP will be sent to the registered Admin email address.

  5. Enter the OTP.

  6. Click on Reset Database to start the reset process.

Note

After resetting, you will need to products related settings as it will return to the default state.
