How to Process Payouts for Delivery Staff

You can view and manage your delivery staff's earnings and record payout transactions easily from your Zepio admin panel.

Steps to Record a Payout

1. Login to your Zepio admin panel.
2. From the left menu, go to Settings > My Delivery Fleet.
3. Find the delivery staff whose payout you want to process.
4. Click the three-dot menu next to their name.
5. Select Process Payout.
6. Enter the payout amount and optional notes, then click Save.

Note

Zepio does not process the actual payment. You’ll need to pay the delivery person manually via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or any other method that suits your business.

This feature only helps you record the transaction for tracking and transparency.

These payout entries will also be visible to the delivery staff in their delivery app for reference.
