How to Set Up Shiprocket for Your Store

Shiprocket helps you deliver orders easily using multiple courier partners at the best rates. Follow these steps to set it up properly for your Zepio store.


Sign Up for a Shiprocket Account

  1. Go to Shiprocket website and click Sign Up.
  2. You can sign up using:
    • Google or other social logins
    • Phone number
    • Email address

Important:

  • If you sign up using phone number or email address, you will receive a verification email from Shiprocket.
  • Open your email inbox and verify your email address by clicking the link in the email.
    Without email verification, Shiprocket integration will not work properly.

Complete KYC Verification

  1. Login to your Shiprocket account.
  2. You will be asked to complete KYC verification for your business.
  3. Submit all required business details and documents as requested by Shiprocket.
    This is mandatory to start booking shipments and pickups.

Add Your Pickup Address

  1. In your Shiprocket dashboard, go to Settings > Pickup Addresses.

  2. Click Add New Address.

  3. Select Others as address type.

  4. Name the address as warehouse.
    Do not change the spelling – it should be exactly “warehouse”. (without qoutes)

  5. Enter SPOC details (Single Point of Contact) which can be:

    • Store owner details
    • Manager or staff member details who manages orders and pickups
  6. Save the address.


Create API Credentials

  1. In Shiprocket dashboard, go to Settings > API Users.

  2. Click on Create API User.

  3. Enter any email address for API user creation.
    Recommended: Use [email protected] even if this email doesn't exisits.

  4. Select all the permissions from the dropdown.

  5. After creating, Shiprocket will send an email that contains the API user email and password to your registered email address.

  6. Open your email inbox, copy the API user email and password.

  7. Login to your Zepio admin panel.

  8. Go to Settings > Delivery Setup.

  9. Find Shiprocket from dropdown.

  10. Enter the API email and API password you received from Shiprocket over email.

  11. Click Connect to integrate.


Note

  • Always complete email verification and KYC before creating API credentials for smooth integration.
  • Make sure the pickup address is named warehouse without spelling changes to avoid order sync issues.
  • After integration, your orders will sync automatically with Shiprocket for easy shipment booking and tracking.
  • You need to have an Active Shiprocket account with prepaid or COD balance to book shipments.
