Setting Up Razorpay Payment Gateway

Your Zepio store comes with built-in Razorpay integration for easy online payments.

Connecting Razorpay to Your Store

1. Login to your Zepio admin panel.

2. From the left side menu, go to Settings > Payment Gateways.

3. Find Razorpay and click on Connect Razorpay.

4. You will be redirected to Razorpay login or signup.

5. If you already have a Razorpay account, login with your credentials.

6. If you don’t have an account, you need to create one.

7. After login, Authorize Zepio to connect with your Razorpay account.

8. Once connected, you will see Razorpay status as Active in your Zepio admin panel.

Completing KYC Verification with Razorpay

To start accepting payments, you must complete KYC verification in Razorpay.

Creating Necessary Website Pages for KYC Approval from Razorpay

Razorpay requires your website to have these pages visible in the footer (both mobile and desktop view):

• About Us
• Terms and Conditions
• Privacy Policy
• Shipping Policy
• Refund Policy
• Return Policy
• Contact Us

After creating, make sure these pages are added to your website footer for smooth KYC approval.

Managing Razorpay Settings

1. After connecting, go to Settings > Payment Gateways > Razorpay.

2. Here you can:

   • Set Minimum Cart Value for Razorpay payments.
   • Set Maximum Cart Value if required.
   • Add a Custom Name for Razorpay (optional).
   • Add a Custom Message to show at checkout (optional).

3. After updating the settings, scroll down and click Apply Changes to save.

You do not need to create API keys or do any developer integration when using Razorpay with Zepio. The Connect Razorpay feature handles everything securely for your store.
