How to Add a Delivery App User and Set Up Earnings & Automatic Assignment

You can add delivery guys to your store, manage their earnings, and set up automatic order assignment easily.

Steps

Login to your Zepio admin panel.
From the left side menu, go to Settings > My Delivery Fleet.
Click on Add New Delivery User to open the form.
Enter the Name, Email, and Phone Number of the delivery user.
Set a Password for their account login.
Enter the Vehicle Number and Custom Message if needed.
You can also Upload a photo of the delivery guy for easy identification.
After entering all details, scroll down and click Save to add the delivery guy.

Editing Delivery Guy Details

You can edit the delivery guy details anytime by clicking Edit next to their name in the Delivery Fleet list.

Revoke Access

If you click Revoke Access, the delivery guy will be converted to a customer in your system and will no longer have delivery access.

Setting Up Delivery Earnings

In the My Delivery Fleet Settings, you will see Delivery Earnings options.
Toggle Delivery Earnings to On if you want to set earnings for delivery guys.
Choose the Earnings Calculation Method:
- Fixed Amount: Enter a fixed amount they will earn per delivery.
- Percentage of Delivery Fee: Enter a percentage value, and their earning will be calculated based on the delivery charge collected from the customer.

Enabling Automatic Delivery Assignment (Round Robin Algorithm)

In the My Delivery Fleet Settings, scroll to the Automatic Delivery Assignment section.
Toggle it On to enable automatic assignment.
The system will assign orders to delivery guys one by one using the Round Robin method, ensuring fair distribution of deliveries.
After setting all options, scroll down and click Apply Changes to save.

Accessing the Delivery Web App

To access the delivery web app, visit yourwebsite.com/delivery or yourbrandname.zepio.io/delivery
Login with the email and password created for the delivery user.

Push Notifications & Sound Alerts are only available in the Delivery Fleet Android App and not in the web app that is accessed via mobile/web browser

Note

Make sure to communicate login details to your delivery guys after adding them so they can start accepting and delivering orders without delay.
