How to Add Logo, Favicon, and OpenGraph Image

Easily customize your brand visuals by adding your logo, favicon, and OpenGraph image in your Zepio admin panel.

Adding Your Website Logo

1. Login to your Zepio admin panel.

2. Go to Settings > Logos & Favicons.

3. Under Website logo, click the upload box and select your normal logo file.

   • Recommended size: 320x100px
   • Format: PNG/JPG
   • Max size: 2MB.

4. Under Website logo (White), click the upload box and select your white logo variant (used on dark backgrounds).

   • Recommended size: 320x100px
   • Format: PNG/JPG
   • Max size: 2MB.

5. After uploading both logos, scroll down and click Apply changes to save.

Tip: Use transparent PNG files for both logos to ensure they look clean and professional on your website.

Adding Website Favicon

1. Go to Settings > Logos & Favicons and locate Website favicon section.
2. Click to upload your favicon image.
3. Recommended size: 512x512px, format: PNG/JPG, max size: 2MB.
4. Click Apply changes.

Note: Favicon is the small icon visible on browser tabs.

Adding Website OpenGraph Image (SEO Image)

1. Go to Settings > Logos & Favicons and locate Website OpenGraph Image (SEO Image) section.
2. Click the upload box to select your SEO image.
3. Recommended size: 1200x630px, format: PNG/JPG, max size: 4MB.
4. Click Apply changes.

What is OpenGraph Image?

The OpenGraph (OG) Image defines how your website link preview appears when shared on social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, WhatsApp, etc. It:

• Enhances brand visibility with a professional preview image.
• Increases clicks when shared by displaying an attractive image.
• Ensures your website link appears consistently and professionally across platforms.

Adding Login Page Image

1. Go to Settings > Logos & Favicons and locate Login page image section.
2. Click to upload your desired login background image.
3. Recommended size: 1280x400px, format: PNG/JPG/WEBP, max size: 4MB.
4. Click Apply changes.

Using the Free Logo Generator

Zepio offers a Free Logo Generator to easily create your Website Logo and White Logo without any external design tools.

How to Use:

1. Click Open Logo Generator in the Logos & Favicons page.
2. Enter your Brand Name.
3. Select Text Color and enable Transparent Background if required.
4. Adjust Font Size and Letter Spacing as needed.
5. (Optional) Upload an icon (128x128px) for your logo.
6. Choose your preferred Font Style from the options (e.g. Roboto, Montserrat, Poppins).
7. Click Download Logo to save and upload it to your website.
