How to Set Up and Manage Customer Levels
Updated 6 days ago
Customer Levels help you identify and group your customers based on how much they have ordered from your store. This is mainly used for marketing purposes to target specific groups of customers easily.
What is Customer Level?
- You can create different levels like Bronze, Silver, Gold, or any name you prefer.
- Each level is set based on the minimum order value a customer has purchased from your store in total.
- You can also assign a color to each level for easy identification.
For example, you can create:
- Bronze Level for customers who have ordered more than ₹1,000.
- Silver Level for customers who have ordered more than ₹5,000.
- Gold Level for customers who have ordered more than ₹10,000.
These levels will be shown in the Customers section in your admin panel. This helps you plan offers, discounts, and special campaigns based on the customer’s purchase value.
