Questions about couriers

Do I need my own courier account?
Yes. You connect the account you have with each courier, so you ship at your own rates and the courier bills you directly. Shiprocket is the quickest start: one account gives you many courier companies.
Can I connect more than one courier?
Yes, as many as you like. Each order then shows the options from all of them, cheapest first.
How do I choose which courier ships an order?
Ask for rates on the order. Zepio lists every option for that parcel with its price and delivery estimate, and tags the cheapest and the fastest. Click Ship on the one you want.
Why do some couriers show "Contract rate"?
Blue Dart, Shadowfax and DTDC do not return prices to other software. You can still book them from the order; they bill you at the rate in your contract.
Does tracking update on its own?
Yes. Couriers that send updates do so straight away, and Zepio checks the rest every 30 minutes. The order moves to Shipped and Delivered without you touching it.
What if my courier is not on the list?
Book it outside Zepio and add the tracking link to the order. Your customer sees it on their order page.
