What it does

Easy returns win repeat customers. Set a return window and an exchange window per branch, and your own list of reasons, with a photo or note required where you need one. Collect items with your delivery team, a courier, or let the customer send them back. Refund to the original payment automatically, or to the wallet with a bonus if you want to keep the money in your store.

Returns and exchanges. Requested from the customer's account.
Your windows. Days allowed for returns and for exchanges.
Your reasons. With a photo or a note required where you choose.
Pickup your way. Your delivery team, a courier, or the customer sends it.
Refunds. To the original payment automatically, or to the wallet.
Wallet bonus. Give extra when customers choose the wallet.

Switch it on in your admin under Plugins, then set these.

Windows: Return and exchange windows in days, per branch.
Reasons: Your list, each for refunds, exchanges or both, with photo or note rules.
Pickup fee: Charged for team or courier pickups, and whether it comes off the refund.
Refunds: Automatic refund to the original payment.
Wallet bonus: Extra percentage for refunds to the wallet.
Exchanges: Ship the replacement straight away, or after the item is back.
