How to install

  • To start using Intercom, create an account on Intercom or log in (if you have one)
  • Click on your profile icon and select 'Settings'
  • In the settings page under 'Channels', click on 'Messenger'
  • Click on the 'Install' tab
  • Under 'Install for Web', click on 'Code snippet
  • Make sure to enable 'Enable connection to messenger'
  • Scroll down on the page till you see the 'app_id' in the code snippet and copy it
  • Go to your Zepio store's dashboard
  • Click on 'Plugins' and then 'Intercom'
  • Paste the 'app_id' here to complete the installation
