How to Set Up Login Methods for Your Store

You can choose how your customers login to your store - either by Email & Password or OTP Login using their mobile number.

Steps

1. Login to your Zepio admin panel.

2. From the left side menu, go to Settings > Login.

3. Here you will see two login options:

   • Email Login:
     Customers can login using their email and password.
     This method is free.

   • OTP Login via Mobile Number:
     Customers will receive a One Time Password (OTP) on their mobile number to login.
     This method costs ₹0.50 per SMS.

4. Select the login method you want to enable for your customers.

5. If you select OTP Login, make sure you have enough SMS credits in your account. You can check your SMS balance in the same section.

6. If you need to add SMS credits, click on Purchase Credits, choose the required package, and complete payment to top up your SMS balance.

7. After selecting your login method, scroll down and click Apply Changes to save.

Note

If you choose OTP Login, SMS charges will apply for every OTP sent to customers. Email Login remains completely free for unlimited logins.
