How to Change Your Warehouse/Pickup Store Location

You can update your store’s main warehouse or pickup address anytime in your Zepio admin panel. This ensures correct delivery zones, pickup locations, and accurate operational settings.

Steps

  1. Login to your Zepio admin panel.

  2. From the left side menu, go to Settings > Warehouse & Branches.

  3. Here you will see your current warehouse or store address details.

  4. To edit the existing warehouse address, click on Edit next to the warehouse name.

  5. Update the following details:

    • Latitude: Enter the latitude coordinate of your location.
      (You can get this from Google Maps by right-clicking on your location and copying the latitude.)
    • Longitude: Enter the longitude coordinate of your location.
      (Copy from Google Maps along with latitude as mentioned above.)
    • Address: Enter the full address of your warehouse or pickup store clearly for customers and delivery partners.
  6. After updating all fields, scroll down and click Save to apply the changes.

Note

Make sure the latitude and longitude are entered correctly to ensure your location is accurately marked on maps for delivery and pickup operations. You can update this anytime your store address changes or if you open a new branch.
