Pro turns your WhatsApp number into a sales channel. It adds campaigns, abandoned cart reminders, COD confirmation, and auto-replies with chatbots on top of the WhatsApp inbox and order updates.

What's included
- Campaigns: send an offer to the right customers and see the orders it brings.
- Abandoned cart reminders: a WhatsApp nudge to shoppers who left their cart.
- COD confirmation: Confirm and Cancel buttons on cash on delivery orders.
- Auto-replies and chatbots: welcome and away messages, keyword answers and button menus.
Start the free trial
- Go to WhatsApp › Pro.
- Click Start 15-day free trial.
Everything is included. No card is needed, and nothing is charged when the trial ends. Each store can use the trial once.
Price and payment
After the trial, Pro is ₹499 + GST (or $6) for 30 days. There is no subscription: pay again when you want another 30 days. Paying early adds the days on, so you never lose any.
- Go to WhatsApp › Pro.
- Choose how to pay, then click Get Pro (or Add 30 days).
The invoice shows as Pro add-on in Billing.
When Pro ends
The Zepio admin app reminds you 3 days before Pro or the trial ends. If it ends, your campaigns, settings and results are kept, and they work again as soon as you pay. The inbox, templates and order updates keep working, because they come with your plan.
WhatsApp's own message charges are separate. Meta bills them to the card in your WhatsApp account.
