How to Enable WhatsApp Chat for Your Store

You can add WhatsApp chat to your store so customers can easily message you for any questions or help.
Steps

Login to your Zepio admin panel.

From the left side menu, go to Dashboard > Plugins.

In the Plugins Store, find WhatsApp Chat.

Click on WhatsApp Chat to open its settings.

Enable the plugin by toggling the switch to On.

Enter your WhatsApp number in the box. Make sure to include your country code (for example, +91 for India or +1 for USA).

After entering your number, scroll down and click Apply Changes to save.

Now, your store will show a WhatsApp chat icon. When customers click it, they can directly chat with you on WhatsApp.
Note
After setting up, check your website to make sure the WhatsApp chat icon is showing and working properly for your customers.
