How to Use Media Manager for Your Store

Media Manager helps you upload and manage images, videos, and files for your store.

Steps

1. Login to your Zepio admin panel.

2. From the left side menu, go to Plugins Store > Media Manager.

3. Here you will see different categories for uploads like Categories, Products, Banners, Others.

4. To upload a file:

   • Select the Category where you want to upload the file.
   • Click on Upload Media.
   • Choose your file from your computer and click Upload.

5. After uploading, reload the page, you will see the file listed in that category.

6. You can copy the file link by clicking Copy Link next to the file.

7. This link can be used in your website content or Bulk CSV uploads.

Usage for Bulk CSV Uploads

Media Manager is mainly used for Bulk CSV uploads for Categories and Products. You can upload your images here, generate the link, and use it in your CSV file while adding products or categories in bulk.

Auto Resizing

Images upload in the "Categories" or "Products" will automatically be resized to the system specified image sizes respectively.

Uploading Videos or Documents

If you need to upload any Video or Documents, select category as Others

Files uploaded to Others are not compressed or resized.

Use case for Custom HTML

If you are using the Custom HTML component in your pages or homepage, you can upload your files under the Other category and use the generated links in your HTML code for images, videos, or other media files.

Always upload clear and optimised images for better performance and appearance on your website.
