How to Set Up Tawk.to Live Chat for Your Store

You can add Tawk.to live chat to your store so customers can chat with you instantly for support or questions.

Steps

  1. Login to your Zepio admin panel.

  2. From the left side menu, go to Dashboard > Plugins Store.

  3. In the Plugins Store, find Tawk.to Live Chat.

  4. Click on Tawk.to Live Chat to open its settings.

  5. Turn on the plugin by switching it to On.

  6. You will need your Tawk.to Widget ID.

    • To get this, login to your Tawk.to account and find your Widget ID.

  7. Enter the Widget ID in the provided box on your Zepio admin panel.

  8. After entering your Widget ID, scroll down and click Apply Changes to save.

  9. Now, the Tawk.to chat widget will appear on your store, and customers can chat with you directly.

Note

After setting up, visit your website to check if the Tawk.to chat icon is showing and working properly. Make sure you are logged into your Tawk.to account to reply to customer chats instantly.

You can manage the look & feel of the Tawk.to Chat widget from your Tawk.to account.
