On this page

If you run a multivendor marketplace, the All In One Report shows every order in one row: what the customer paid, what the store gets, what the delivery partner earns, and what you keep. The same earnings figure shows on your dashboard.

Where: Admin › Reports › All In One Report

What the report shows

Pick a date range at the top, and a store if you only want one. The card above the table shows your earnings for that range and how they add up. Each row in the table is one order, and the columns come in groups:

  • Order details: order ID, status, date and time (in your store's timezone), store, delivery partner, payment method and the customer's details.
  • What the customer was charged: subtotal, delivery charge, tip, packaging, each tax, discounts, additional fees, payment method charge, round off and Order Total.
  • Customer Paid (Order Total + Wallet): the order total plus any part the customer paid from their wallet. Wallet money was paid to you when they topped up, so it counts as paid.
  • Who got what: store payout, the delivery partner's trip pay, tip and share of additional fees, tax held by you, and each part of your earnings.

Click Download to get the same columns as a CSV file.

How your earnings are worked out

Your earnings from an order are everything you keep after the store and the delivery partner are paid, not counting tax you hold for the government:

What it is
A Commission from stores Your cut of the item prices, from each store's commission rate
B Delivery charges kept Delivery charge the customer paid, minus the delivery partner's trip pay
C Additional fees kept Additional fees the customer paid, minus the delivery partner's share of them
D Tips kept Tips collected, minus the part that went to the delivery partner
E Payment method charges Extra charges (or discounts) for how the customer paid
F Round off Cash bills rounded up or down
G Coupon discounts The part of coupon discounts you pay
H Rewards redeemed Reward points the customer spent, which you pay for
I Item tax paid to stores Only for tax-inclusive prices when a store's payout includes tax

Your earnings = A + B + C + D + E + F − G − H − I

B can be negative. When the delivery partner's trip pay is more than the delivery charge, for example on a long trip or a free-delivery coupon, you pay the difference, and it comes off your earnings.

An example

A customer orders ₹110 of items from a store that pays you 10% commission. Delivery is ₹35, and two additional fees apply: a ₹4 platform fee you keep, and a ₹10 late-night charge that is 100% shared with the delivery partner. The trip is 4 km and pays the delivery partner ₹41.

  • The customer pays 110 + 35 + 4 + 10 = ₹159
  • The store gets 110 − 11 = ₹99
  • The delivery partner gets 41 + 10 = ₹51

Your earnings:

  • A, commission: + ₹11
  • B, delivery charges kept: 35 − 41 = − ₹6
  • C, additional fees kept: 14 − 10 = + ₹4
  • Your earnings = 11 − 6 + 4 = ₹9

Check that it adds up

For any completed order, or any total in the report, this always holds:

Customer Paid − Store Payout − Driver Total Earnings − Tax Held by Admin = Admin Total Earnings

In the example: 159 − 99 − 51 − 0 = ₹9.

Which orders count

  • Only completed orders. For orders that are open or cancelled, the store payout, delivery partner and earnings columns show 0, because no money has been settled. A cancelled order earns you nothing, even if a commission was worked out when it was placed.
  • Orders are picked by the date they were placed, in your store's timezone.
  • The delivery partner's pay is what was saved when the order was completed. If no delivery partner earned anything (a pickup order, or a courier delivery), the full delivery charge, tip and additional fees stay with you.

Your earnings on the dashboard

If your store is multivendor, the dashboard shows a Your earnings card under Overview, for the date range you pick there. It uses exactly the same calculation as this report, and shows the same A to I parts, one box for each, ending in the total. On your phone, tap View breakdown to see them. Per order opens this report for the same dates.

Only you and your staff see this card. Store owners and zone managers do not.

Good to know

  • Tax you collect is not earnings. Tax on delivery charges and additional fees, and item tax when a store's payout does not include tax, is money you pay to the government. It shows in Tax Held by Admin and is left out of your earnings. You choose whether a store's payout includes item tax with Include item tax in payout in the store's Store Commissions settings.
  • Who pays for a coupon is set by its Admin Bearer Percentage. The part the store pays comes off that store's payout, so only your part is taken off your earnings. For example, with a ₹25 coupon at 0%, the store pays all ₹25 and your earnings don't change.
  • Free-delivery coupons lower the delivery charge the customer pays, so their cost shows up in B, delivery charges kept.
  • Courier charges from shipping partners such as Shiprocket are not part of this report, so they are not taken off your earnings here.
  • To give delivery partners a share of a fee, turn on Share this with delivery partner when you add or edit an additional fee for a zone. Their trip pay is set under Settings › My Delivery Fleet › Delivery Earnings.
