Terms and Conditions

1. Enrollment and Eligibility

• Approval: Zepio reserves the right to review and approve or reject any Program application at its sole discretion.
• Information: You must provide accurate and complete information during the signup process, including your full name and a valid email address.
• Prohibited Content: Sites or individuals promoting sexually explicit materials, violence, discrimination, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited from participating.

2. Commission Structure (The "20% Lifetime" Rule)

You will earn a 20% commission on the net revenue (excluding taxes and third-party processing fees) received by Zepio from:

1. Subscription Fees: Annual plan renewals (including Startup and Scale plans).
2. Usage Fees: Wallet recharges made by the merchant for order processing (the ₹2/order fee).

Lifetime Definition: "Lifetime" refers to the continuous period that the referred merchant remains an active, paying customer without account cancellation or a break in subscription.

Attribution: Commissions are tracked via a 90-day cookie window. Signups must occur within 90 days of the initial click to be attributed to the Partner.

3. Referral Incentives (The "Merchant Bonus")

• Free Credits: Referrals signing up through a valid Partner link receive a one-time bonus of 250 credits (Startup Plan) or 500 credits (Scale Plan).
• Limitations: This bonus is only available for new Zepio accounts. Creating multiple accounts to farm credits is considered a violation of these terms.

4. Payment and Withdrawals

• Minimum Threshold: Partners must have referred at least 2 (two) unique paying merchants to be eligible for their first payout.
• Withdrawal Process: Once the threshold is met, payout requests can be initiated via the Partner Dashboard.
• Methods: Payouts are processed via UPI or Direct Bank Transfer to the details provided in your profile.
• Adjustments: Commissions will be deducted for any merchant refunds or fraudulent chargebacks.

5. Prohibited Marketing Practices

• Branded PPC: You may not bid on "Zepio" branded keywords (e.g., "Zepio coupons," "Zepio login") on any search engine (Google, Bing, etc.).
• Spam: Sending unsolicited emails or mass-automated messaging is strictly forbidden.
• Self-Referral: You are not permitted to sign up for Zepio through your own affiliate link.

6. Termination

Zepio reserves the right to terminate any Partner account immediately for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms the Zepio brand. Upon termination, all rights to future recurring commissions for previously referred merchants will be forfeited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zepio shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the Program. We make no guarantee regarding the amount of income a Partner may earn.
