You can fully customize the scratch card experience by setting a minimum and maximum reward value. Choose where the redeemed amount should go—either into the customer’s Wallet (which can be fully used on the next order) or into Rewards (with partial redemption managed via the Reward Points plugin).

Add even more control with expiry settings and an advanced probability feature that lets you increase the chance of customers receiving a ‘Try Again’ (zero reward) card after they’ve redeemed a certain total amount. For example, if a customer has already redeemed ₹500 worth of scratch cards, you can set a 50% chance of receiving a zero reward card for future wins. It’s a smart way to manage reward distribution while still keeping the experience exciting.

How to install

Ensure you are subscribed to the Zepio Pro Plan to access the Scratch Cards plugin.
Go to Admin Dashboard > Plugins > Scratch Cards and enable the plugin.
Configure your desired minimum and maximum reward values.
Select the destination for redeemed rewards: Wallet or Rewards.
Set an expiry time for the scratch cards if needed.
Optionally, configure the probability of 'Try Again' (zero rewards) after a customer redeems a certain total amount.
