Who writes the guides

Every guide names its author, and every author has a page with their role and background. Authors are real people at Zepio. We do not publish under invented names.

Facts and sources

• Every number has a source. Rules, fees, limits and statistics link to where they come from, preferably the official source: FSSAI, Google, Apple, Meta, the government.
• Sources are listed at the end of each guide, with the date we last checked them.
• Worked examples are labelled. When we show sample numbers, such as the price of a cake or the cost of a delivery, we say they are examples so you can replace them with your own.
• We do not invent results. No made-up customers, case studies or statistics.

How AI tools are used

We use AI tools to help research and draft guides. Every guide is checked against the sources it lists and approved by its named author before it is published.

When we mention Zepio

Zepio makes software for businesses that sell and deliver, and our guides are published on the Zepio website. The advice in a guide should work whichever software you use. Where Zepio has a relevant feature, we say so in a clearly marked part of the guide, with real screenshots, and we never claim a feature that does not exist.

Updates and corrections

Rules and prices change. When a fact in a guide changes, we update the guide and its date. If you find a mistake, write to hi@zepio.io with the page and the correction, and we will check it and fix it.

Not professional advice

Our guides explain how things generally work. For tax, legal and licensing decisions specific to your business, check with an accountant, lawyer or the relevant authority.
