- Go to your sites page and add your website URL
- Click on install tracking code
- Click on add code manually
- Click on copy to copy your Hotjar code
- Install the Hotjar plugin on Zepio and navigate to the plugin settings
- Paste this tracking code here and click on update
- Click verify installation on Hotjar

A session is a visitor’s full journey on your site, including every page they visit. Every time a visitor comes to your site, Hotjar records their journey and how they interact with your page. You can analyze this data in heatmaps and recordings.
How are responses calculated and when do they reset?
Responses are calculated across all feedback widgets and surveys per site. For example: if you have 2 surveys with 50 responses each, and 1 feedback widget with 30 responses, you have collected 130 responses. Deleting responses won’t reset them as we count already collected responses towards your plan. Responses reset on the 1st day of the calendar month for all accounts.
