Managing Customers for Your Store

Your Zepio admin panel allows you to manage all customer details, wallets, orders, rewards, scratch cards, and settings easily.

When you click on any customer, you will see these tabs:

  • Account – View and edit customer details like name, email, phone, password.
  • Addresses – View and edit their saved delivery addresses.
  • Orders – See all orders placed by the customer with order status.
  • Wallet – Check wallet balance, add or reduce balance as needed.
  • Rewards – View rewards issued to the customer and their status.
  • Scratch Cards – View scratch cards assigned, their value, and usage status.
  • Actions – Perform actions like Disable COD, Ban Customer, etc.

Adding and Editing Customer Details

  1. Login to your Zepio admin panel.
  2. Go to Customers.
  3. Click on the customer name to open their details.
  4. Under the Account tab, edit details like name, email, phone, or password.
  5. Scroll down and click Save to update.

Managing Customer Wallets

  1. Go to Customers.
  2. Click on the customer name.
  3. Click on the Wallet tab.
  4. Here you can:
    • Check wallet balance.
    • Add or reduce balance as needed.
    • Click Update Wallet after changes.

Managing Customer Rewards

  1. Go to Customers.
  2. Click on the customer name.
  3. Click on the Rewards tab.
  4. Here you can view all rewards issued and their current status.

Viewing and Managing Scratch Cards Assigned to Customers

  1. Go to Customers.
  2. Click on the customer name.
  3. Click on the Scratch Cards tab.
  4. Here you can view all scratch cards assigned to the customer, their value, and usage status.

Reviewing Customer Orders

  1. Go to Customers.
  2. Click on the customer name.
  3. Click on the Orders tab.
  4. View all orders placed by the customer.
  5. Click any order to see detailed order status and items.

Managing Customer Addresses

  1. Go to Customers.
  2. Click on the customer name.
  3. Click on the Addresses tab.
  4. View or edit the customer's saved delivery addresses.

Adding Notes to Customer

  1. Go to Customers.
  2. Click on the customer name.
  3. Under the Account tab, find the Notes section.
  4. Type your note and click Save Note to add it for future reference.

Disabling Cash on Delivery for Certain Customers

  1. Go to Customers.
  2. Click on the customer name.
  3. Click on the Actions tab.
  4. Toggle Disable COD to On to restrict Cash on Delivery for this customer.
  5. Scroll down and click Save.

Banning or Blocking a Customer Account

  1. Go to Customers.
  2. Click on the customer name.
  3. Click on the Actions tab.
  4. Click Ban Customer to block them from logging in or placing orders.
