Regarding scratch card settings on Zepio

How does the user get the scratch card? I mean, I saw that I can create a scratch card for my customer from "Admin > Customers > View". But like on Google Pay, they get scratch cards when they make payments, right? So in Zepio, how does it work?

rohanPatel I think he is asking about when the scratch card is automatically created based on the plugin settings.

Scratch cards are automatically generated for customers once the Scratch Card plugin is enabled and an order has been placed.
These scratch cards initially appear as locked and will only be unlocked after the order is marked as complete.

The locked scratch card will also appear on the Storefront app > Account> Scratch Cards page.

You can create scratch cards for customers from the Admin Dashboard.
Goto Admin > Customers > View Customer > Scratch Card tab and create scratch card.
